iSportsVault is a secure, athlete-centric platform for storing, organizing, and sharing sports video, highlights, photos, documents, and coach feedback. It’s designed to become a trusted system of record that stays with the athlete across teams and seasons.

No. iSportsVault is not a public social feed. Content is private by default and only visible to people you explicitly invite.

We are currently preparing for beta access. Join the waitlist to be the first to know when early access becomes available.

The initial focus is ice hockey. Over time, athletes will be able to create sport-specific profiles for multiple sports — all connected to one long-term record.

Families / Parents

Parents or guardians are the primary account holders for minors. You control visibility, sharing permissions, and access settings.

At adulthood, ownership of the vault can transfer to the athlete. The record stays intact — it simply transitions control.

Yes. Content is private unless you intentionally share it. Sharing is invite-only and permission-based.

You can upload video, photos, and documents directly from your phone or computer. Vaults are designed to support full games, short clips, highlights, and supporting materials like certificates or reports.

Vaults support video, photos, and documents. Everything is organized around the athlete and structured by season and event.

Coaches can provide feedback directly within the video context using timestamps and comments. Feedback stays tied to the athlete’s record, so families can revisit it anytime — not just during a live call.

Yes. iSportsVault is built for multi-athlete households, allowing parents to manage multiple profiles from one account.

Athletes

If you are under 13, access is managed by a parent. Teen athletes (13–17) may have their own login with guardian oversight.

Yes. The platform is designed to help athletes organize clips and build shareable highlights tied to their development record.

Yes — sharing is controlled and permission-based. You (and your parent, if applicable) decide who can view your profile.

Yes. Athletes will be able to create sport-specific profiles under one account as support expands beyond hockey.

Coaches

iSportsVault supports both individual skills coaches and team coaches who want to provide structured, revisit-able video feedback.

Participation will be free at launch, with optional professional tools introduced over time.

Feedback is provided directly within the video using timestamps and structured comments. Athletes and families can revisit feedback anytime.

Yes. Teams can use iSportsVault to organize rosters and share media with athletes at launch. Expanded team vault accounts with additional management tools are planned for a future phase.
